Holland America Line/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations in Alaska is seeking a Program Manager, Compliance & Infrastructure to oversee permitting related to water, wastewater and other regulated areas at lodges and employee housing facilities. You will manage and audit processes with contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and support project execution.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience managing or supervising construction projects in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with team members, operations site management, engineers, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Submit data, Monitor, review, and obtain permits and licenses necessary to maintain regulatory compliance and support project execution.
• Develop project scope documents, soliciting necessary engineering and design, reviewing design and engineering, writing and submitting RFPs, soliciting and reviewing bids.
• Review on-site project status and scope/quality confirmation, reviewing and approving change orders, reviewing and approving field changes, coordinating and leading punch walks.
• Review project bids and cost estimates, identifying value engineering opportunities, reviewing invoices, estimating future capital project costs, budgeting permits and fees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
