Job description

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving— and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold—project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll lead day‑to‑day program management activities across multiple concurrent capital projects, serve as a primary point of contact for Airport leadership, establish program governance frameworks, and lead/support steering committee meetings and executive briefings.
  • You’ll provide executive‑level advisory services on program formulation, strategy, delivery approach, procurement, and risk analysis and mitigation while building relationships with senior airport leadership, board members, airlines, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • You’ll apply expert‑level knowledge of Design‑Bid‑Build, Design‑Build, Progressive Design‑Build, and Construction Manager at Risk delivery methods to advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation.
  • You’ll lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Executive Program Management team in the execution of duties.
  • You’ll ensure all capital projects account for the operational constraints of a live airport environment.
  • You’ll oversee a team in developing and maintaining a comprehensive program risk register, overseeing program‑level cost management, implementing change management protocols.
  • You’ll work proactively with the client and client’s staff to manage all program entities and stakeholders, including designers, contractors, project managers, construction managers and other consultants engaged as part of the team to complete the program.
  • You’ll provide leadership to the overall program team including other consultants to identify construction interfaces, risks and the mitigation of risks during implementation of the program.
  • You’ll work closely with all stakeholders at an airport including but not limited to the client team, airlines, tenants, executives, FAA and other regulatory agencies, municipal officials, etc.
  • You’ll adhere to client and Accenture delivery standards.
Qualifications
  • 15 or more years of progressive experience in program management or owner’s representation on major aviation capital programs or similar industry large‑scale programs.
  • Expert‑level familiarity with multiple delivery methods, proficiency in program‑level management of multi‑project redevelopment programs.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with client and all stakeholders, under the general direction of the Aviation leadership team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or extensive work experience commensurate to show sufficient proficiency in the fundamentals of infrastructure development.
  • Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer.
  • Have completed industry professional development courses (such as AAAE or ACI’s accreditation/certification programs) or Certified Program Management Professional or Construction Management Credentials, or similar credentials applicable to the industry work.
