Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior procurement leader to develop and execute global strategies for electrical, mechanical, modular infrastructure and long‑lead equipment. You will lead RFPs, supplier selection, and negotiations with a focus on capacity, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will manage supplier performance, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Quality, and Operations to support program execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier selection activities.
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial negotiations, contracting, pricing agreements, and supplier terms.
  • Strong experience managing strategic suppliers, capacity planning, supplier performance, and supply‑chain risk.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

THE WORK:

$80,000 - $120,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
