Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum four years of public works or heavy civil construction experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budget and schedule weekly and monthly.
• Prepare progress pay estimates with contractors and accounting.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead project meetings and document minutes.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and utility partners.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with applicable codes.
