Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Infrastructure Capacity Planner, Demand Planning to join our client’s team in New York City. The role owns medium-range demand planning for critical infrastructure resources in a highly technical environment, building accurate forecasts, reconciling planned versus actual utilization, and ensuring incoming capacity aligns with expected demand.

You will also partner closely with Finance and other operational stakeholders to improve forecast quality and support cost-efficient

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in capacity, demand, or supply planning in large-scale technical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/pandas, and forecasting/optimization tools.
• Deep understanding of data-center resource classes and their forecasting variances.
• Preference for transparent, simple models with measurable forecast errors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage medium-range demand forecasts for diverse resource classes.
• Coordinate and analyze planned vs actual resource utilization.
• Validate incoming capacity against established forecasts.
• Partner with Finance to integrate financial insights into demand forecasts.

This role will own medium-range demand planning for critical infrastructure resources in a highly technical environment. The position will focus on building accurate forecasts, reconciling planned versus actual utilization, and ensuring incoming capacity aligns with expected demand. Compensation: $320,000 – $405,000 annually
