Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. You will work with minimum supervision in dynamic environments to drive stability and scalability of our networks, while helping automate and scale cabling and equipment deployment.

Ideal candidates possess technical aptitude, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to collaborate across teams and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in hardware, cabling, data center operations or related technical roles.
• Ability to travel regionally and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch panels between equipment.
• Ensure proper safety and security standards during installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools.
