Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to join AWS Infrastructure Services. You will move and install large enterprise equipment, install fiber/copper cabling, and ensure safety standards while working with a team of engineers and operations staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in infrastructure cabling or data center operations.
• Experience with network deployment and technical/vocational roles.
• Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch panels between equipment.
• Ensure safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel within and outside of regional work area is required.
