Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering from design through production deployment.
• Proficiency in Python for backend services, APIs, automation frameworks, and infra workflows.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Argo Workflows/CD.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization platforms (OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, observability.

Responsibilities

• Software Development & Innovation: Write functional, clean code and unit tests for scalable control planes and automated workflows.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Lead small-to-medium features from design to completion and coordinate timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Code, debug, and troubleshoot in production, including on-call rotations and secure coding practices.
• Strategic Execution: Execute the software engineering roadmap and track metrics for product adoption and delivery.
• Developer Enablement: Support enterprise automation tools and improve developer experience through docs and training.
