Everforth Apex Systems in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our Core Technology Infrastructure team in a hybrid role. You will drive automation governance, risk management, and platform standards to enable secure infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT risk program experience, hands-on Terraform/Ansible, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, .NET, React, and Git.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk mitigation programs across complex IT infrastructure.
• Experience facilitating remediation across technology infrastructure.
• Coordination, oversight, and execution of risk management across Technology Infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation Platforms such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience implementing testing platforms, unit tests, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.

• Monitor RISE deliverables and escalate blockers.
• Provide SPI oversight to ensure enterprise process requirements and performance goals are met.
• Drive vulnerability remediation within SLA or with approved extensions.

• Ensure End-of-Life (EOL) policy adherence by monitoring committed remediation dates and reviewing plans with product managers.
• Provide timely status updates to senior management regarding risk and remediation efforts.

The role is focused on providing the technology platforms, standards, governance, and training to support the automation of infrastructure resources.
