Job summary

Qualifications

Infrastructure Architect | Pharma & Life Sciences

Location: Redwood City, CA

5 Days Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to own end-to-end enterprise infrastructure architecture across cloud, virtualization, storage, identity, networking, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and ITSM.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in architecture or technical design authority.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Expertise in IAM: Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO.
• Enterprise networking: Cisco, firewalls, wireless, and network segmentation.
• Storage and backup solutions such as Cohesity.
• Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Box.
• ITIL-based ITSM and ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB management.
• Strong architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharma/Life Sciences experience, including GxP and change-control processes.
• Azure/AWS architecture certifications or ITIL 4 certification.
• Experience with managed services and multi-tower infrastructure environments.
