Job summary

Robins Kaplan LLP is seeking an Application and Systems Administrator to join the Infrastructure Operations team in Minneapolis. You will maintain server and application infrastructure, manage Intune/NinjaOne updates, Okta identity management, 365 admin tools, and backups, while supporting VMware, and addressing incidents promptly.

You will participate in on-call rotations, drive policy improvements, audits, and cross-team collaboration to enhance security and reliability across the firm’s

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on information security experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer field preferred.
• Certifications in VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, or information security highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for unresolved technical issues across apps and hardware.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document incidents including security, software, and hardware.
• Collaborate with Security Working Group to meet security goals.
• Monitor system health and enforce policy compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and inventories.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support for planned maintenance.
