Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of experience supporting DoD or federal Oracle shared service environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms.
  • Must possess Secret Clearance and IT-I security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on high-level project teams.
  • Administer and implement Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard, and performance tuning.
  • Support and troubleshoot several Oracle-based tools.

OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced professional to support complex enterprise environments. This individual will provide advanced technical leadership and consulting expertise on a range of IT services and solutions, particularly in support of Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms.

Location

Fort Belvoir, VA (Telework Available)

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide technical expertise on high-level project teams, delivering analysis, recommendations, and innovative solutions.
  • Work independently on highly technical problems and guide the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions for federal clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS Financial ERP and associated enterprise applications and databases.
  • Support and troubleshoot Oracle Database, SOA, SSO/OAM, OBIEE, Hyperion, EDQ, UPK, and GRC tools.
  • Administer and implement Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard, GoldenGate, and performance tuning in the EBS environment.
  • Support technical areas including information systems architecture, telecommunications, security engineering, and systems integration.
  • Contribute to the design and operations of provisioning systems at enterprise scale (300,000+ users).
  • Provide strategic direction on long-range IT goals and innovative system improvements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Experience

At least seven (7) to ten (10) years’ of experience supporting DoD or federal Oracle shared service environments

Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware plat

Security Clearance Requirement

Secret Clearance

Must also possess an IT-I security clearance or SSBI

Licenses/Certifications

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification

CE Certification: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 12c+ or Oracle WebLogic Server 11g+

IA Certification: Security+ CE etc.)

Other Required Skills And Abilities

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
