Position Summary

• Good level of technical troubleshooting skills;
• Good verbal communication skills will be essential;
• Interact with the global IT team assisting them in daily operational tasks for all SPX infrastructure;
• Use a ticket system daily for tracking time and updating management on tasks being completed;
• Setting up video conferencing calls for Directors and SPX employees;
• Relationship with external service providers;
• Experience with technologies such as Active Directory, Windows 11, network, printers, telephones and CCTV system;
• Experience in providing support in on-premise and cloud environments;
• Experience in using and supporting AI solutions;
• Application support will be part of the daily routine supporting Bloomberg, Reuters, Broadcast, Microsoft Office, Haver, CEIC and other specialist financial applications;
• Experience with Gmail, Google profiles and also integrating Gmail to Microsoft Outlook;
• Patching and Proactive Maintenance – Check patch levels, storage condition and phone system;
• Excellent written skills for communication with second language users, as well as creating and updating documentation;
• The ability to cope well under pressure and to be able to correctly delegate tasks with different urgencies.

Requirements
