GLS is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to configure, implement, and monitor desktop and client management systems. You will manage Office 365 administration and ensure GLS network infrastructure runs at peak performance.

Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams), collaborating with security teams, and coordinating hardware vendor purchases and shipping logistics. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with root-cause identification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and monitor all desktop systems and client management systems.
• Manage administrative tasks within Microsoft Office 365 and ensure network infrastructure is monitored for optimal performance.
• Provide second-level support for Microsoft services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Flow).
• Coordinate with security teams to protect client systems against threats and manage vendors for equipment purchasing/logistics.
