Job summary

Global-Lending-Services (GLS) is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to configure, implement, and monitor desktop systems and client management platforms. You’ll manage Office 365, Azure, AD, and related services to keep our network running at peak performance.

You will support SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Flow, collaborate with security, and handle asset inventory and vendor coordination as part of a growing IT team. This entry‑levelオcareers path is aimed at May 2027 offers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field of study is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex situations to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Microsoft technologies including Kace, Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure & Office365, and other systems
• Provide second level support and administration of Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Flow
• Collaborate with security team members to ensure company client systems are properly protected and monitored against cyber threats
• Support and manage local switches and wireless access points
• Maintain inventory documentation of all company client devices
• Maintain documentation for all client software licensing
• Coordinate with software and hardware vendors on purchasing and shipping logistics of equipment
