Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a production associate for the semiconductor laboratory/cleanroom environment in Lompoc, CA. The role focuses on infrared material fabrication with strict safety protocols and ISO-controlled processes. It requires hands-on operation, data entry, and collaboration with process engineering to resolve issues.

The position is 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and onsite, with benefits and a strong emphasis on safety and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience with manual and semi-automated processing equipment.
Minimum 2 years of Wafer Semiconductor Fabrication experience.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for production execution in a semiconductor laboratory/cleanroom environment.
Understand the technical aspects of your process and work with process engineering to resolve production issues.
Use a computer to access work instructions, perform data entry and online training.
