Job summary

Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a Production Tech 2 for the A shift (Sunday-Tuesday + alternating Wednesday) in our California facility. The role requires cleanroom experience, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work 6:00am–6:00pm on-site to support high-volume manufacturing.

You will operate equipment, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals. Strong English skills and the ability to lift 20–30 lbs are essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
• Excellent teamwork and quality mindset.
• Detail oriented with safety adherence in a cleanroom.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE.
• Capable of lifting 20–30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Able to work overtime and on compressed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a semiconductor cleanroom production environment.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions at all times.
• Maintain quality and accuracy in daily manufacturing tasks.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets on the A shift (6:00am–6:00pm).
• Adhere to on-site policies and shift schedules.
