Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years in software verification, validation, or test engineering is preferred but not required.
• Strong debugging skills, especially for embedded systems.
• Experience testing camera/sensor/imaging systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Windows; Linux experience is a plus.
• Experience developing reusable automated test code and test reports.
• Experience creating validation test plans and automated/manual test cases.
• Familiar with CI tools like Jenkins and version control (Git/SVN).
• Familiar with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test solutions for infrared camera systems.
• Create and maintain validation test applications and test frameworks.
• Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
• Analyze test results and document findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve software and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve quality and testing.
• Support continuous improvement of validation processes and automation capabilities.
