Rnb Consultancy in New York is seeking a Senior Go engineer who leads the technical direction of our AI agent platform without moving into management. You will own architecture, ship a flagship feature within six months, and mentor seven to eight engineers in a flat, collaborative team.

Two tech leads are being hired; one infra-leaning and one product-leaning. This role requires five days in the New York office, strong production Go and distributed systems experience, and a proven tech-lead

Qualifications

• Strong production Go and distributed-systems experience in a B2B product.
• 6+ years of experience with a tech-lead track record (not IC or manager).
• Based in the New York office five days a week.
