Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Cary, NC, seeks an Oracle Database Administrator with certifications 11G/12C/19 to manage complex database environments and drive stability for corporate banking applications.

You will troubleshoot, lead incidents, and collaborate with Unix, Storage, and Network teams to ensure timely resolutions. Strong communication and 2+ years of Level 3 support are required.

Qualifications

• Oracle DB Administrator certification (11G/12C/19).
• Experience with MongoDB, MSSQL Server, BigQuery, and SQL Server for Cloud.
• At least 2 years at Level 3 support.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team orientation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead incidents and discuss solutions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate banking-related database engagements.

Responsibilities

• Represent and lead database engagement on major incidents for critical applications.

• Be a knowledge reference on database usage for non-technical teams.
