Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of project management, construction, telecom colocation, ISP infrastructure, data center, or related experience with strong electrical scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of data center projects and related infrastructure.
• Manage projects within telecom colocation and ISP-facing environments, coordinating with carriers, ISPs, cross-connect providers, facility owners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for timely deployments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and field resources to define and maintain scope and execution plans.
• Oversee electrical construction scopes beyond standard telecom site requirements, including utility service, switchgear, grounding, and commissioning readiness.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and changes; develop mitigation plans for successful execution.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, status reports, trackers, and customer-facing updates.
