Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead capital projects from planning through turnover. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, design consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will track progress, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with operations and facilities teams in a fast-growing energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction, infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or capital projects.
• Experience leading projects through design and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain scope, schedule, budget, and execution plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and report to leadership.
• Lead project meetings and maintain action-item ownership.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align with project requirements.
• Lead design reviews and value-engineering activities, resolving conflicts.
• Monitor RFIs, submittals, and design changes.
• Work with construction managers and contractors to resolve field issues.
