Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 or newer.
• Advanced Active Directory administration and architecture.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu.
• Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience with enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with tools such as Ivanti and Rapid7 or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated project management experience including planning, milestones, and status reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 and newer environments.
• Manage user access, network interface configuration, OS settings, and server issues.
• Administer Active Directory including GPOs and domain controllers.
• Support RHEL and Ubuntu environments and basic shell scripting.
• Maintain infrastructure in AWS and perform patch management tasks.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation with Rapid7.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
• Create Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) and provide status updates.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share knowledge.
