Job summary

Eridu Corporation, based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead the Systems Engineering group from concept to production. You will oversee high-speed I/O, ASICs, processors, FPGAs, and power delivery in complex hardware platforms, coordinating with product management, architecture, and ODM/JDM teams.

You will drive system development from definition through qualification, manage a team, and ensure milestones are met with quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering required.
• Min 10 years in system-level development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn high-level requirements into hardware specs.
• Oversee schematic entry, layout, and design reviews.
• Lead SI/PI analysis and de-risk plans with suppliers.
• Manage test plans and BringUp, EDVT, MDVT and EMI/EMC.
• Lead ODM/JDM development to on-time delivery.
• Build and mentor a hardware development team.
