Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking an IT Infra Innovation Tech Assistant Manager to drive infrastructure development and next-generation IT solutions. You will lead build and improvement of IT infrastructures and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure highly available services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or IT.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks and infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and build new IT infrastructures and applications.
• Support and implement next-gen IT infrastructure technologies (P-5G/Wifi6, containers).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
• Monitor and report IT infrastructure metrics.
• Integrate and optimize VMware vSphere for virtualization.
• Provide highly available IT services with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster high performance.
• Support the Manager in strategic planning and operations.
