You will hire, coach, review performance, define roadmaps, and ensure infrastructure decisions support growth while maintaining developer velocity.

This role is based in the Austin or Atlanta metro area with a hybrid schedule; compensation ranges from $211,000 to $291,000 plus

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering with people management.
• Proven cloud-native platform expertise, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Experience optimizing global performance and security.
• Strong UNIX/Linux fundamentals and scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed infrastructure and software engineering teams.
• Own the platform and infrastructure roadmap with quarterly priorities.
• Drive cloud-native, containerization, and orchestrated environments.
• Collaborate with security and platform architecture to ensure reliability.
• Coach, mentor, and grow engineers and technical leads.
