Mintive is seeking engineers to own features end-to-end for our gateway and agent stack in the SF Bay Area. You’ll work primarily on backend/infrastructure, with opportunities to build UI when needed, and to fix connectors during security reviews.

Expect to shape product direction, harden enterprise paths, and mentor with direct access to the founders. We hire across levels and value judgment, shipping velocity, and customer impact.

• Strong backend fundamentals with scalable systems.
• Comfort with cross-functional work and fast iteration.
