Job summary

Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity hosting architecture. Roles cover Security, Network, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, and Windows, with opportunities for all experience levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
