Job summary

Brookfield is seeking a Senior Associate for the Global Client Group focused on diligence management in infrastructure and energy. You will manage the end-to-end investor due diligence process, coordinate with CRMs and investment teams, and craft materials for fundraising and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, or related discipline.
• 6+ years in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services or related fundraising roles.
• Experience in infrastructure/energy sector and private funds is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence deliverables for fundraising, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs and data rooms.
• Coordinate investor meetings, asset tours, and on-site interactions with clients.
• Develop materials and presentations for fund diligence and investor updates.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, investment teams, and legal/tax/compliance groups.
• Maintain databases, respond to diligence requests, and ensure timely updates.
• Explain Brookfield's infrastructure and energy strategies clearly to diverse investors.
