Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking an experienced System/Software Engineer to develop components and systems for vehicle infotainment programs. You will own Google apps and settings, Terms and Conditions, and audio reception features within the infotainment system, acting as a subject matter expert.

You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to define deliverables and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC, systems engineering, integration and testing in infotainment domains.
• Knowledge of Android framework and architecture for automotive infotainment.
• Experience with diagnostics, triage, root-cause analysis and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Own infotainment features and settings within the vehicle system.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to meet deliverables.
• Lead vehicle level test and development programs for infotainment features.
• Triaging issues and communicating status to management.
