Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Information Security Strategy and Enablement leader to oversee enterprise information security policy, standards, and strategic plan alignment with business priorities. You will partner with Finance, Technology, Risk, and business units to translate strategy into measurable execution, drive governance, and communicate risks to executives and the board.

The role requires a BS/BA in IT or related field and 8+ years in security, with hybrid in-office 3 days per week

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in information Technology or related field and a minimum of 8 years in security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and evolution of the Information Security Strategy and Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with priorities, threats, and leadership direction.
• Lead the strategic planning lifecycle, including annual planning, strategy refreshes, and quarterly reviews with measurable outcomes.
• Develop executive and Board-level narratives communicating strategy, progress, risks, and decisions.
