• Refine and maintain microservices supporting Bain & Company customers in Pueblo, CO.
• Scale Process Improvement services from Pueblo pilot to Colorado-wide rollout.
• Translate Process Improvement metrics into a daily leadership chart.
• Reproduce and prevent quality bugs in Pueblo field reports.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the tech team.
• Drive SOC Operations features through code freezes without impacting stability.
