Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an Information Security Technical Program Manager to connect the InfoSec org across Application Security, Corporate Security/SecOps, GRC, Network Security, and Platform Security Engineering. This role owns cross-team programs and ensures initiatives stay visible, on track, and unblocked with a broad technical lens.

You will coordinate security platform implementations, drive M&A security integration, and report program health to the CISO, while maintaining Jira

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management within security/IT/engineering.
• Broad fluency across multiple security domains (cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, network/firewall, IAM/PAM, application security).
• Experience running structured, multi-team program tracking (RAG reporting, roadmaps, Jira/Confluence).
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across engineering, IT, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Experience coordinating technology or security integration work tied to M&A is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — translate status into an executive narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the InfoSec-wide program roadmap across all security verticals with status and due dates.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives end-to-end, including platform implementations requiring coordination across multiple sub-teams and IT/Engineering.
• Lead M&A security integration coordination across tooling, controls, and processes on schedule with relevant partners.
• Run regular status cadences and deliver executive-ready reporting to the CISO on health, risks and blockers.
• Partner with GRC to sequence audit-driven deliverables (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001) against priorities.
• Maintain Jira hygiene and cross-project visibility across InfoSec spaces.
