Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Information Security Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-team security initiatives across App Security, SecOps, GRC, Network Security, and Platform Engineering. This role is a technical generalist focusing on program execution rather than owning a single domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/project management.
• Fluency across multiple security domains (cloud security, vulnerability management, IAM/PAM, network).
• Structured multi-team program tracking (RAG, roadmaps, Jira/Confluence).
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across engineering, IT, Legal, and leadership.
• Experience coordinating security integration work related to M&A is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.
• Familiarity with security tooling (Wiz, Tenable, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Cloudflare, Zscaler) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the InfoSec-wide program roadmap across all security verticals.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives end-to-end and coordinate tooling rollouts and audits.
• Lead M&A security integration coordination with Dev, IT, and Legal.
• Run regular status cadences and deliver executive-ready reporting to the CISO.
• Coordinate with GRC to sequence audit-driven deliverables (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001).
• Maintain Jira hygiene and surface dependencies to avoid blockers.
• Represent InfoSec in cross-department conversations where timelines matter.
