Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Security Program Manager to drive the Infosec program across engineering teams. The role focuses on road mapping, planning, documenting, and executing security initiatives to strengthen Tricentis' security program and partnership ecosystem.

You will map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and execute strategies across a portfolio ranging from technology implementations to risk mitigations and IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 7+ years in information security or IT auditing.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Self-starter and able to support multiple project teams.
• Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmapping, planning, documenting and executing security initiatives.
• Map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and roll out projects.
• Develop executive reporting mechanisms for SLAs and KPIs.
• Document milestones, agendas, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders and sponsors from discovery to close, managing scope, cost and timelines.
• Host weekly syncs and document milestones and escalation points.
• Validate workflows and processes of incoming opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on process and operational improvements.
