Job summary

Saltu Staffing partners with an AmLaw 100 law firm to recruit an experienced Information Security Manager in Dallas. The role leads daily security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, third-party security risk, and client security assurance programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in information security, including 3+ years leading a security team, and a strong working knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001 and Microsoft 365 security products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information security experience with 3+ years in security leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of information security professionals, set priorities and standards.
• Manage daily security operations: threat detection, alert triage, escalation and remediation.
• Lead incident response from investigation to remediation and communications.
• Run the vulnerability management program: scanning, risk prioritization, remediation tracking and reporting.
• Oversee client security assurance, including assessments and audit inquiries, and remediation of identified risks.
• Conduct third-party security governance, including vendor contracts reviews and AI risk assessments.
• Maintain information security policy framework aligned with NIST/ISO 27001 and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Privacy, IT to integrate security into firm initiatives.
• Manage threat intelligence and translate threats into protections.
• Run security awareness and phishing simulations for attorneys and staff.
• Evaluate and implement security technologies and support budget planning.
