Saliense in Alexandria, VA is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader with 10+ years of experience in incident response, security operations, and penetration testing to guide a high-impact security program. You will lead a team, develop strategic security initiatives, and drive secure outcomes across the organization.

You will formulate security strategies, design robust security solutions, and collaborate with senior management to align security with business goals and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience providing incident response, security operations, and penetration testing support.
• 5+ years’ managing and directing incident response teams with threat sharing, indicators of compromise, malware analysis and forensic analysis.
• It is expected to communicate with senior managers for threat and intelligence sharing.

Responsibilities

• Formulate short and long-term strategies to advance cybersecurity controls, design and engineer security solutions and assist with deployment strategies.
• Communicate and manage relationships with senior managers for threat and intelligence sharing.
