Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or IT.
• Eight years IT/cybersecurity with enterprise ops and vendor mgmt.
• Experience leading security teams and managing MSSPs/ Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cybersecurity operations, workload prioritization, escalations, and service delivery.
• Supervise cybersecurity personnel and external providers, coaching and performance management.
• Establish ownership, procedures, metrics, service expectations, and backup coverage.
• Lead investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident improvements.
• Coordinate response with IT, Legal, Communications, leadership, and providers.
• Maintain and test incident-response plans, playbooks, and tabletop exercises.
• Lead security reviews across network, endpoint, identity, cloud, data, and AI.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and standards.
• Maintain platform health, monitoring, and remediation of gaps.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives from design to implementation and measurement.
• Oversee vulnerability management, reporting, and remediation.
• Provide technical evidence and support for audits and client assessments.
