Job summary

Itezz Inc. seeks a security engineering representative to join engineering teams for design, development, implementation and integration of secure networking, computing, and IA architectures for federal systems.

Due to federal requirements, U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI with polygraph are required. The role includes vulnerability scanning, STIG compliance, Splunk reporting, and collaboration with system administrators and ISSEs to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph and DoD 8570.01-M IAT II (Sec+).
• Experience as an ISSE on Federal programs is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Info assurance or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate as security engineering representative on teams to design and implement secure networks and IA architectures.
• Perform RMF activities and provide technical input for security controls.
• Develop and refine scanning policies and SOPs to improve security posture.
