AT&T Global Public Sector in Columbia, Maryland, seeks an Information Systems Security Engineer to perform vulnerability scans, analyze results, and coordinate remediation across DoD environments. The role emphasizes RMF activities, STIG compliance, and collaboration with framework teams to strengthen cyber risk posture.

Office presence required five days a week, no relocation; experience with Tenable.sc, Nessus, Splunk; DoD 8570 IAT II or IASAE1 certifications preferred; strong communication

Formación

• Top secret clearance (TS/SCI) with polygraph required.
• Experience as ISSE on DoD programs with similar scope.
• Degree in CS/Info Assurance or related field; or associate degree with Security+ plus 2 years IT security experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II (Sec+) or IASAE Level 1 (CASP/CISSP) certs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vulnerability scans, analyze results, and track remediation.
• Configure Tenable.sc and Nessus; create dashboards for risk posture.
• Support RMF activities and prepare compliance documentation.
• Assist in security assessments and DoD STIG compliance.
