You will partner with Information Security, Technology, Project Management, and business stakeholders to document processes and improve operational workflows.

This role focuses on SOPs, runbooks, training materials, knowledge management, and governance support, with opportunities to contribute to audits and evidence

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or related fields.
• Experience documenting technical or business processes.
• Familiar with collaboration platforms like SharePoint or Confluence.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• Experience with process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).

Responsibilities

• Document information security processes, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Create job aids, training materials, and playbooks.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and templates.
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Support audit, compliance, and evidence collection via documentation.
