Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to own the global rollout of its physical security infrastructure upgrades. You will plan multi-site deployments, sequence sites by risk, and manage scope, schedule, and budget across regions.

Translate standards into repeatable playbooks, gather operator requirements, and drive agile delivery while building AI-enabled tooling for deployment tracking. You will collaborate with IT, security, facilities, and external integrators, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in software product management or software engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery with multiple teams and external partners, including managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Working knowledge of networked systems, APIs, and integrations, plus scripting or data analysis skills.
• AI proficiency: hands-on use of generative AI tools in day-to-day work with human review when needed.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the global rollout program.
• Build and run the multi-year, multi-site deployment plan for security infrastructure upgrades.
• Sequence sites by risk and readiness; manage scope, schedule, budget, and dependencies.
• Translate technology standards into deployment playbooks and checklists for consistency.
• Gather requirements from operators and leaders; run the program with agile practices.
• Develop AI-enabled tooling for deployment tracking and asset management.
• Ensure data from deployed systems integrates with security operations data platform.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Facilities, and Contractors; manage external integrators.
• Govern and verify compliance; post-deployment audits and performance checks.
• Report progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
