Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, content strategists, engineers, and product managers to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web properties.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Optimize existing user interface designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Translate business and technical requirements into thoughtful design solutions that align with user needs and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to the team’s mission of refining member/customer experience in an enterprise setting.
• Balance time between collaborative work (40%), focused design execution (40%), and meetings (20%).
• Participate in ad-hoc team calls and be actively engaged during core hours.

Must Have:

• 4–6 years of UX design experience, specifically using Figma as a primary design tool (proficiency required).
• A strong, accessible portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design work (submissions without portfolios will be disqualified).
• Experience with user experience and design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, and InVision.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms.
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
