- Strong development experience in mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, SQL)
- Working knowledge of Microfocus (emulator for COBOL development)
- Experience with system migrations and integrations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with direct client interaction experience

- Ability to guide clients on business queries and solution design for medium to large projects
- Willingness to overlap with India timezone for critical business activities and work extra hours to support go-live activities
