Job Title: Information Technology System Administrator

Compensation

Pay Range Minimum: $45,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $55,000 per year

Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Laptop Imaging
• Open laptop box , set it up for imaging
• Once setup , prepare shipping label and pack and put it for courier to pickup
• Troubleshoot Imaging issue
• Keep inventory of Assets in store room and work with cnetral logistics team to keep up the record
• User support and server room support
• Help user with Windows related issues , wifi , printer, printing , Internet
• Mount / Unmount devices , give console to central team for troubleshooting
• Help with inventory of server room ded for IT issues
• Flexible in shift time
• Available to support for emergency IT issues during non-business hours if needed
• Use Cart to move IT assets within office if needed
