To qualify, applicants must demonstrate proficiency at or above the minimum level established for each required competency applicable to the grade level, in addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements.
To qualify at the GS-09 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience obtained in the private or public sector that is equivalent to the GS-07 level.
To qualify at the GS-11 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience obtained in the private or public sector that is equivalent to the GS-09 level.
