Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Full-Time Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) to support AFMC/AFLCMC at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will serve as a senior ISSM technical expert overseeing security requirements and trade-offs for software and systems.

Responsibilities include capability planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with program managers. U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required, with situational telework possible.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
• This is a Drug Tested Position.
• APDP certification required within four years (ETM Practitioner APDP).
• Eligible for situational telework.

The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) (NH-2210-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

VoP (Value of Position): 75

Qualifications/Requirements

In this role, you will serve as a Senior ISSM technical expert to oversee technical and systems requirements, objectives, specifications, and products. You will analyze and recommend trade-offs of software applications, provide capability planning focused on the delivery of strategic business capabilities, and ensure information security products and services are delivered to meet or exceed statutory and regulatory requirements.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• This is a designated Drug Tested Position.
• This position is covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) and requires the ability to meet Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification requirements. This position requires ETM Practitioner APDP certification through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) within four (4) years.
• Position is eligible for situational telework.
• Information Assurance 8140: IAM-2.
