• Develop and execute implementation plans for complex projects involving commercial off-the-shelf products, custom software, interfaces, hosting environments, and multiple stakeholder organizations.
• Ensure assigned work complies with information technology, cybersecurity, accessibility, quality, configuration-control, and lifecycle-management requirements.
