Job summary

A technology services provider is looking for IT specialists in California to deliver on-site technical support for their Distributed Learning classrooms. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering, five years of relevant experience, and active DOD Secret clearance. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and IT certifications. Benefits include paid time off and 401K.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• Active Department of Defense (DOD) Secret clearance.
• Experience in a lead capacity preferred.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support maintaining DL classrooms.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, configure, and repair IT equipment.
• Support fourteen DL Classrooms across the state of California.

Veterans United Solutions, LLC is hiring information technology (IT) specialists to provide on-site technical support maintaining fourteen Distributed Learning (DL) Classrooms across the state of California.

IT Specialists will provide access to the resources in the DL classroom for use by California Army National Guard soldiers. These resources include computers, software, printers, and general-use office supplies. IT specialists will also be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, configuring, and repairing IT equipment located in the classroom.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes
• Active Department of Defense (DOD) Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Engineering related field*
