Job summary

ECCO Select is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee productivity-focused projects and operations. The role drives cross-functional collaboration, policy adherence, and process improvements across cloud-based services, email, and e-archiving to sustain high service levels.

Responsibilities include resource management, KPI reporting, roadmap input, risk mitigation, and security coordination with technical teams. A federal background check and Public Trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.
  • Five years of relevant experience with leadership or supervision.
  • Experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Exchange Online.
  • Familiarity with e-archiving and supporting e-discovery processes.
  • Experience with system administration and troubleshooting for email and collaboration platforms.

  • Produce weekly reports, presentations, and documentation on project updates and milestones.
  • Assist in shaping product roadmaps by evaluating performance metrics and identifying improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Support operations management for cloud-based services, including email and e-archiving.
  • Facilitate incident resolution, escalation, and high service availability.
  • Update lifecycle processes and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Provide guidance on messaging services and e-discovery procedures with documented SOPs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on architecture and design alignment with standards.
  • Coordinate security measures and support audits.
  • Develop new or revised work instructions and SOPs.
  • Participate in roadmap planning by evaluating vendor releases and product strategies.
  • Prepare knowledge management updates to keep resources current.
  • Contribute to process reviews and performance improvement initiatives.

Job description

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager provides oversight for productivity-focused projects and operational activities. This role involves guiding teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders to advance key initiatives. The position focuses on optimizing work processes and supporting continuous improvements to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resource assignments for contractor staff, monitoring workload distribution and availability.
  • Produce weekly reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges.
  • Assist in shaping product roadmaps by evaluating performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and exploring forward-looking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed and deliverables are submitted on schedule.
  • Identify project or operational risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Support operations management activities for cloud-based services, including email and e-archiving solutions.
  • Facilitate operational support, incident resolution, and escalation processes to maintain high service availability.
  • Perform service management activities by updating lifecycle processes, evaluating service metrics, and driving continuous service improvements.
  • Provide guidance for messaging services and e-discovery procedures, maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address architecture and design considerations, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
  • Coordinate with security teams to implement or enhance platform security measures and support compliance audits.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop new or revised work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in roadmap planning by analyzing vendor releases and formulating strategies for product evaluations.
  • Prepare periodic updates to knowledge management materials to maintain accurate and current support resources.
  • Contribute to process reviews and improvement strategies by analyzing trends and participating in regular performance assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus four additional years of relevant experience.
  • Five years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in managing and administering Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams and Exchange Online.
  • Familiarity with e-archiving solutions and the ability to support e-discovery processes.
  • Experience working with system administration and troubleshooting for email and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate Lotus Notes applications maintenance and participate in migration or integration efforts as needed.
  • Demonstrated expertise in incident resolution, escalation procedures, and critical situation management.
  • Strong understanding of security requirements related to messaging systems and experience implementing security enhancements.
  • Skill in creating, updating, and reviewing operational documents, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
